Membership not enough for you? Help us achieve our goal of having our very own Brick & Mortar! We're working towards finding a permanent home for Soapbox Stageworks. Having our own theatre will allow us to rehearse on the stage, rather than in random spaces, as well as building more elaborate sets that we don’t have to dismantle after every show. Karen’s dream of gathering playwrights from around the world needs a home to make that happen. In addition, she wants to open an acting school as well as offer workshops and
classes for those that want to write for the theatre. This will enable our local writers and actors to develop and grow their craft!
As all of you know, productions cost money. Currently we are seeking sponsors and partners in the community that we support and that align with our values. In addition, we created a tiered donation for those who want to contribute:

Last but not least, Karen wants Soapbox to be a place where we offer scholarships for young actors/students that cannot afford pricier programs to learn the craft of theatre!
